THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paragary's Bar & Oven Restaurant Review: Randy Paragary has built a gastronomic empire with places like the Arbor, Lord Beaverbrooks, Harrys Bar & Grill, Zitos, the Capitol Grill, Centro, Twenty-Eight, the Blue Cue, the Monkey Bar, Juice-O-Rama, and more, but the eponymous Paragarys Bar & Oven is the first, and most famous. It offered the first wood-fired pizza oven in these parts, and the thin-crust gourmet pies Paragarys produces are still the best in town. The creative, expressive dishes are made with the freshest ingredients, some of which come from Paragarys own gardens. We love the handcut rosemary noodles with seared chicken and pancetta. And dont miss the lemony mushroom salad if it happens to be on the menu. Its a wonderful reminder of how you can make a perfect dish with just a few perfect ingredients.
