Paragary’s Bar & Oven, the first and most famous location Randy Paragary has opened in Sacramento over the years (besides the Arbor, Lord Beaverbrook’s, Harry’s Bar & Grill, Zito’s, the Capitol Grill, Centro, Twenty-Eight, the Blue Cue, the Monkey Bar, Juice-O-Rama and more) is our favorite place for thin-crust gourmet pies. They are the best in town. In fact, all of Paragary’s dishes are creative and expressive, made with the freshest ingredients---some of which come from his own gardens. The handcut rosemary noodles with seared chicken and pancetta are an unwavering winner. And don’t miss the lemony mushroom salad if it happens to be on the menu. It’s a wonderful reminder of how you can make a perfect dish with just a few perfect ingredients.
