Paragon Restaurant Review: Classy cocktails and American cuisine are served alongside live music in this neighborhood bistro. But wait till after dark to show up, because that’s when this hot-spot hits full stride. The fun continues nonstop into the wee hours while live music prevails with bands ranging from funk and soul to jazz. Wine selections, special promotions and events are heralded from enormous mirrors standing sentry above the bustling bar. There are a few dining tables in front, along with a raised, slightly more formal dining room at the back. The menu features steak salad, meatloaf, and pan-roasted chicken with mushrooms. Dessert options change regularly but always include bread pudding. |
