| For lunchtime and evening people-watching, the Paramount is the place to be. Patio guests can take in the parade of life and foot traffic---good and bad---that strolls right past along the 16th Street Mall. Granted, the eats are not as impressive as the scenery; the house serves up standard-issue burgers, fried meats, sandwiches and salads. It's decent and reasonably priced, but the value drops if you're stuck inside this noisy theme spot. Thirsty? You can certainly get your fill here among the lengthy selection of on-tap craft beers. Stop by for happy hour on weeknights from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for great deals on drafts, margaritas and Long Island Iced Teas. |
