Parasol's Bar & Restaurant Restaurant Review

: This po' boy shop is a fixture of the Irish Channel area in Uptown New Orleans. While sandwiches like a muffaletta and a BLT are available, the po’ boys dominate the offerings: roast beef, oyster and catfish are just a few of the options served on white, wheat, French bread or a bun for the regular size, and French bread exclusively if you go large. Side your sandwich with red beans and rice or maybe some coleslaw.
