THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paris Restaurant Restaurant Review: Paso Robles has been known for its antique stores, developing wine country and now more and more its restaurant scene. Straight from Paris, the Chazalon husband and wife team have brought their savoir faire to the Central Coast wine country with an elegant bistro that doubles as a cheese shop---albeit limited at this stage with a weekly changing menu. Chef Claude prepares everything from fresh ingredients. A traditional onion soup, an ever-changing homemade pâté plate, light and succulent mushroom ravioli and a balanced offering of fish, meat, game and poulty for entrées. How about a rabbit fricassée, or a magret of canard in orange sauce? Friendly attitude and prompt service will help make this spot a winner. Local wines are featured along with French selections.
