Park Avenue Spring Restaurant Review: This modern space evolves to reflect the seasons, and changes its name accordingly. The innovative dishes from chef-partner Craig Koketsu and chef Kevin Lasko will tempt your taste buds, no matter what season it is. Starters include barley and asparagus risotto with morels and organic triple crème. Entrées reflect inspirations from all over the map. Try the lamb shank Provençal paired with couscous gremolata, or the slow-cooked Chatham cod. The mostly American wine list is reasonably priced for this neighborhood.
