The innovative dishes from chef-partner Craig Koketsu and chef Kevin Lasko will trick your taste buds, no matter what season it is. Starters may include hamachi crudo with pickled ginger and hearts of palm. Entrées reflect inspirations from all over the map. Try the organic Scottish salmon or, perhaps, the veal chop Milanese.
