THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Park Avenue Winter Restaurant Review

: This modern space evolves to reflect the seasons, and changes its name accordingly. The innovative dishes from chef-partner Craig Koketsu and chef Kevin Lasko will tempt your taste buds, regardless of the time of year. Starters include venison steak tartare, and a smoked salmon and beet salad. Entrées reflect inspirations from all over the map. Try the Berkshire pork chop and maple cider roasted quince, or the Mediterranean branzino, arrow leaf spinach and yuzu. For dessert, consider the warm gingerbread cake, goat cheese mousse, spiced raisins and pear purée. The mostly American wine list is reasonably priced for this neighborhood. For a real culinary adventure, book the chef's table in the kitchen for up to ten.
