Park Cafe Restaurant Review: Park Café has delighted West Nashville with a Southern fusion menu and elegant trappings for more than a decade. Chef Willy Thomas has a long and storied career in Nashville, and his instincts are impeccable. Try the appetizer of goat cheese brûlée with local honey, or an entrée of grilled pork chop with Thomas’ famous green chili mac ‘n’ cheese. Pan-roasted salmon with spicy Szechuan green beans is a favorite with regulars. There’s a short wine list, but its options are well-chosen and reasonably priced, and the desserts are worth checking out for chocolate diversions --- we also recommend the blueberry and ricotta beignets. The interior boasts quiet nooks for two, and a sweeping patio accommodates parties.
