Traditional Italian cuisine served with warmth and energy in downtown Port Chester.
Pasquale Ristorante Restaurant Review:
Dark red wood, white tablecloths and well-spaced seating along with cream-colored walls, little wrought iron wall sconces and high-tiered curtained windows define Pasquale’s comfortable, airy dining room. The menu of reliable Italian classics offers two options: order individual dishes or opt for family-style. Start light with classic home-style Italian soups including minestrone and the pasta and beans. Entrées worthy of attention include the simply but well-prepared mozzarella-covered breaded shrimp in a marinara sauce, and grilled pork chops served with sweet cherry peppers. The wine list, featuring reds and whites from Sicily and Puglia, among others, complements the food. Desserts are house-made and include refreshingly tart sorbets such as the frutti di bosco.
