| The kid-sister to the original Pasquini's, this is a more spacious, less-funky location that serves the Uptown and Capitol Hill crowds. It also lacks the good service standard of its older sibling, but that fact hasn't kept customers away. Maybe the bigger bar area and patio seating make up for this shortcoming? You'll find the same menu as the original location---pizzas in various forms, tasty calzones and hearty-bread sandwiches. There are pasta dishes, too, and a few entrées---like ravioli filled with ricotta, spinach and walnuts---that raise the menu beyond pizza parlor status. Locals take note: Home delivery of the entire menu makes Pasquini's a welcome option in the neighborhood meal delivery culture. |
