Come here to see how the Chinese view and eat spaghetti. There are three main types of pasta sauces used here: a tomato-based red sauce; a cream-based white sauce; and an herb-based green sauce. It's a clever mimicry of Italy's national colors. The flavors are creatively constructed as well. Try the sauce flecked with mentaiko (spicy cod roe from Japan). It's an altogether different twist to what you are used to eating out of that jar of Ragu.
