Pastries a Go Go Restaurant Review

: Craving a croissant? Better get to Pastries a Go Go early or the day's stash may be gone. Breakfast is the treat meal, with good grits (not instant, but quick grits, which are passable), eggs prepared as ordered, house-made sausage, huge pancakes, waffles, french toast and all the trimmings. Nice pain au chocolate, too. Huge biscuits are of the fluffy variety, and on the weekends they may be ordered split and topped with sausage cream gravy (although we thought the sausage was pretty sparsely applied). Eggs Benedict is another brunch-only dish. There's lunch as well, of the sandwich-salad variety, but breakfast is the real draw for this Decatur delight. Coffee is from Dancing Goats. The kitchen closes after 2:30 p.m., so service thereafter is limited to coffee and desserts.
