Even the most discerning foodie will be impressed by this sophisticated dining destination. With a gorgeous view of Green Bay and all the accoutrements of a fine restaurant, like high-quality table linens, sparkling wine glasses and polished silverware, this is a truly elegant spot. A quiet, attentive waitstaff that knows just when they're wanted and a warm, inviting atmosphere will prepare you for the ultimate in Northern-style dining. Start with crawfish cakes, sided by roasted corn salsa and lime rémoulade, or coconut shrimp with horseradish-orange marmalade. For an entrée, try breast of chicken with apricot-chipotle glaze, or the pan-fried walleye pike with lime juice and pine nuts. For dessert, chocolate worshippers should indulge in the steeple-shaped chocolate sin dessert. On Sundays in summer, the kitchen breaks out the grill and cranks up the party music to serve some of the region's best baby-back ribs. Typical of the up-north feel, Patrick's excellent food, seamless service and beautiful scenery define good taste.
