Paul Restaurant Review

: This traditional French patisserie has opened up a series of small bakeries in the United States, several of which are in the DC metro area --- and we are all the happier for that. A shopping tour of the Tysons location is a bit like setting a child before a mound of chocolate: what to choose and how many of each? Glass cases are filled with tarts, breads, croissants, cakes, ├ęclairs and crunchy cookies. And if you simply cannot wait to devour something from Paul, you can get a quiche or baguettine sandwich (built with a croissant for breakfast), a quinoa or salmon salad, and a mug of hot tea or coffee and settle into a nearby chair.
