Paul Restaurant Review: This traditional French patisserie has opened up a series of small bakeries in the United States, several of which are in the DC metro area --- and we are all the happier for that. A shopping tour of the Tysons location is a bit like setting a child before a mound of chocolate: what to choose and how many of each? Glass cases are filled with tarts, breads, croissants, cakes, éclairs and crunchy cookies. And if you simply cannot wait to devour something from Paul, you can get a quiche or baguettine sandwich (built with a croissant for breakfast), a quinoa or salmon salad, and a mug of hot tea or coffee and settle into a nearby chair.
