Peacocks Restaurant Review:

You’ll enjoy fine dining Cabo-style on the open-air patio, or have a romantic meal in the dining room with its fireplace. The kitchen blends old- and new-world culinary traditions to produce dishes that will both comfort and surprise you, as in the case of braised duck in tamarind sauce. Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean seafood is purchased daily for the seafood linguine, Isla Maria sashimi (seafood in cilantro ginger dressing) and sautéed Asian lobster dumplings. Tasty appetizers include the calamari fusilli in cilantro pesto and the salmon tartare tower. Fans of continental classics will take heart in the New Zealand lamb au Provence, roasted with mustard, garlic and herbs, while the more adventurous will zero in on the house specialty “shrimp sin fronteras” (without borders)---prawns marinated in citrus juice, flash grilled, arranged over a mashed plantain, and covered with black bean relish infused with orange liquor. You’ll also find lobster combos, Sonoran beef, pastas, chicken dishes, aged, certified NY steaks and elegant French and Italian desserts.
