Pegasus Taverna Restaurant Review: Pegasus Taverna is open 365 days a year, so you never have to miss Greek classics like oven-baked tiropitakia, feta cheese wrapped in thin sheets of phyllo, and tender roast leg of lamb topped with jus and served alongside rice or potatoes with vegetables. Other classic Greek dishes include baked moussaka, thinly sliced eggplant layered with potato and seasoned ground meat, topped with béchamel and tomato sauce. The menu also features numerous lamb dishes, from a roasted and sliced number to one simmered in tomato sauce. But no dinner (or lunch, for that matter) is complete without the famed saganaki; it's blazed tableside.
