| Fast, hip and fresh are what Pei Wei is all about. Counter service is friendly and efficient. Start off with an order of crackling crispy pot stickers stuffed with pork and vegetables, or head for lighter fare with a spicy chicken salad, it’s big enough to share or as a meal for one. Blazing noodles are the house signature dish. They don’t arrive at the table aflame, but your mouth will be after a few bites of the silky chow fun noodles smothered in a very spicy tomato and black pepper sauce with vegetables. Most dishes are available with tofu or vegetables-only for those looking for a vegetarian meal. |
