| This fast casual sibling to the P.F. Chang’s dynasty fills the bill when it comes to quick service, fresh Asian fare and comfy surroundings. A team of young cooks keeps the fires burning high under the woks in the open kitchen, cooking noodle and rice bowls and stir-fry dishes such as Mongolian chicken or spicy Korean beef. Order at the front counter, choose a protein, including tofu, then match it with a dish such as sweet-and-sour, Asian coconut curry or kung pao served with white or brown rice. Unlike most express fast-food outlets, servers here deliver to your table. For dessert, skip the fortune cookie; go for gooey chocolate chip cookies, baked fresh daily. This is a busy kid-friendly place, so don't expect a quiet scene. |
