Pena Pachamama Restaurant Review:

Founded by two members of the Bolivian music group Sukay, this festive restaurant offers an all-organic menu of Bolivian food and a stage show by Sukay musicians and brightly costumed dancers. Many of the dishes concentrate on either chicken or marinated beef. For appetizers, try the empanadalike saltenas, tender pastry filled with fresh vegetables and meat. Accompaniments include fried or mashed yuca (a potatolike root), white and purple potatoes, plus salad greens with a mango-lime dressing. At least three vegetarian choices are offered every night. A plate of quince jam and Spanish-style cheese is a good way to finish the evening. Open late on weekends.
