Chef Walter Manzke's Petty Cash Taqueria has expanded to downtown L.A.'s Arts District. The menu is similar to the original branch and features dishes such as Manzke's famous fried pig ear nachos, the "bomb.com" (a combination of guacamole, chicharrones and sea urchin) and tacos made with handcrafted tortillas and fillings like wood-fired octopus.
