Pho 95 Restaurant Review: It doesn't matter if you swing through the doors at 9 a.m., when Pho 95 opens for business, or 9 p.m., when it closes: you can still slurp beautifully seasoned, deeply savory, steaming bowls of broth brimming with brisket, or tripe, filet mignon, meatballs or tendon --- or a combination thereof. The thicket of requisite accompaniments --- lime wedges, mung sprouts, fresh basil that glistens, sawtooth and rings of jalapeños --- arrive heaped on a platter, everything as fresh as morning dew. If you're not a pho fan, the menu also struts Vietnamese noodle bowls, spring rolls and egg rolls.
