THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED NAMES The décor mirrors the ideology of the menu: chic and urbane French accented with subtle Asian touches. Appetizers include crêpes stuffed with shrimp and chicken and pho (aromatic Vietnamese soup). Entrées include espadon (swordfish with carrots, bok choy, cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms in a curried-shrimp bisque), filet de boeuf (filet mignon with grilled onions, romaine lettuce, oyster mushrooms, a potato galette and crown of herbed goat cheese) and wok-fried tofu with Asian vegetables.
