Baohaus, an East Village eatery from Eddie and Evan Huang, serves up gua bao, or something like a Taiwanese burger. Wrapped in an Asian bun, the gua bao come in several different varieties, including the Haus Bao (braised beef cheek) and Chairman Bao (ultra-tender Niman Ranch pork belly).
