Wood-fired-oven pies are made fresh while you watch and the toppings range from beef pepperoni to porcini and shiitake mushrooms, baby spinach and grilled shrimp. We can't resist the Brooklyn special --- a paper-thin crust finished with homemade pesto, black olives, roasted garlic, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese. Choose from salads, like the prosciutto and melon with arugula, mixed greens and balsamic glaze, and sandwiches. Don’t miss out on the desserts: house-churned ice cream, sorbetti and gelati.
