Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant Review:
Parrot Heads unite in an over-the-top tropical setting, complete with the Cowboy in the Jungle bar and an outdoor fountain show choreographed to Buffett tunes. After dinner, the restaurant transitions into a swinging nightclub with dancing and live bands. Happily, the food isn’t an afterthought, with good pineapple-mango mahi mahi, jerk salmon, jambalaya, barbecue ribs, and giant salads, sandwiches and burgers.
