Le’s Restaurant Review:

Though the extensive menu offers many noodle and rice dishes, the Harvard Square branch of this local Vietnamese chain, formerly known as Pho Pasteur, focuses on serving up enormous bowls of noodle soup in all sorts of permutations. Where there is chicken noodle soup, there must be beef noodle soup filled with meatballs. Salads, stir-fries and bun, or vermicelli-based dishes, round out the options. Don’t miss the interactive cook-it-yourself bo nhung dam beef fire pot where you can dunk tender slices of steak in a lemon grass broth before wrapping them with softened rice paper. Ginger chicken is sautéed with onions and roasted peanuts, and fried whole striped bass is topped with a sweet-and-sour sauce. Other locations.
