The Melting Pot is Houston's only fondue restaurant. Independent of whether you're revisiting a culinary fad of the 1960s and 1970s or discovering a new experience, you'll discover that fondue dining is quite romantic, a little bit of work and lots of fun. You can order items individually or indulge in a four-course meal. The first course is always a cheese fondue served with artisan bread and seasonal vegetables for dipping. Then comes a salad with house dressing. Entrées range from filet mignon to Memphis-style barbecued pork. Then it’s back to fondue, this time chocolate, along with fresh fruit for dessert. You can also add a paired wine flight or choose another libation from the cocktail or craft beer list.
