This longtime Rice Village Vietnamese restaurant offers the likes of a spring roll appetizer, lemon grass chicken and a caramelized salmon hotpot in generous portions --- and it’s reflected in the prices. Pho and soups are probably your best bet at Miss Saigon Café, which serves beer and wine only. We like the tasty Vietnamese iced coffee and the ambience is charming, but on the whole there are much better Vietnamese places in Houston.
