Ray's at Killer Creek Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: A natural setting embraces this 10,000-square-foot beauty of a building that often is the scene of weddings. Flora and fauna of protected suburban wetlands fill a frame of generous windows overlooking the nature-rich vista. The interior holds intriguing modern art, some of it derived from found objects.

Food & Drinks: Start with cold-water oysters and stone crab claws in season, or consider the chunky gumbo. A raft of tempting steaks and seafood, fresh and simply grilled with a choice of complementary sauces or lemon, anchor the mains. For dessert, check out the Key lime pie or the cheesecake flavor of the day. The wine list concentrates on high-recognition name-brand California wines, but there are some surprises here and there and a few French, Italian and Spanish labels.
