Sapphire Indian Cuisine Restaurant Review:
The only Indian restaurant near Lincoln Center, Sapphire glitters with attractive ethnicity and gentle service. Its tandoor ovens send forth aromatic chicken, lamb and seafood. The signature cocktails, including the sappharita (tequila, Blue Curaçao and fresh lime) are as popular as the chicken tikka masala, and the all-you-can-eat luncheon buffet is a good value.
