This intimate trattoria is a complete departure from the sprawling behemoth that was once known as the Como Inn, but it is the perfect venue, paying tribute to one of Chicago’s most notable restaurateurs, Joe Marchetti. The reasonable prices, simple menu, and pleasing atmosphere all add up to a rousing buon appetito! The minestrone is classic in style and excellent. Pasta Bolognese follows the classic method, the sauce being the consistency of a lusty stew. Daily fish specials are not to be missed. Everything here is simply done yet totally sensational.
