| Executive chef Nathan Heil embraces the sustainable trend and gets goods from local farmers, purveyors and foragers; it perks up the menu and the community. The grilled asparagus and artichoke salad tastes like a perfect summer day, and chipotle-seared ahi on a scallion potato cake with mango salsa makes for a satisfying supper. While a list of wines from around the world is available to match the menu, its namesake wines are also offered, along with pretty-as-a-picture pastries. For a truly decadent dessert, try the chocolate-glazed banana cake. It’s made with a lethal combination of dulce de leche mousse and macadamia brittle.
