Pink Diva Cupcakery Restaurant Review:

Baker Cassi Conyers got her start in cupcakes --- specifically vegan cakes, made without common allergens of milk, eggs and nuts (she also offers gluten-free cupcakes most days and by request). But after her cupcake catering business moved into a brick-and-mortar, Conyers branched out into more savory fare. Each day, she offers a vegan lunch special: tofu ramen bowls, black bean nachos, vegan mac ‘n’ cheese. Diners may add unlimited toppings to their meals. For example, the mac can be finished with all manner of vegetables, chickpeas, and even dairy-free sour cream. On Saturdays, the cupcakery opens early, and breakfast, often including pancakes, hash browns and vegan sausage, is served all day. The cupcakes are offered in four or five flavors daily, but the Diva Delight (chocolate cupcake with chocolate mousse, whipped topping and a ganache drizzle) is a customer favorite. No alcohol is served at Pink Diva, but there is no corkage fee for customers who bring their own wine.
