| One of the most unlikely places to find a totally stellar pizza is at Club Deluxe, an Art Deco bar known more for its martinis than its mozzarella. Four nights a week, pizzaiolo Jason Pearce fires up the oven and cranks out three to four kinds featuring quality seasonal ingredients. Pearce's artisan bread-making technique yields a thin yet toothsome crust that arrives perfectly crispy and is studded with sesame seeds---one of the finer crusts in town. |
