Chuck Furuya and Alioto's father, Nunzo Alioto Jr., is in charge of the wine program, which features wines from Nunzo's own cellar. Plin also serves cocktails made with hand-pressed juices and house-made infusions. In addition to seafood and pasta, the menu features a host of vegetarian options, meat, game and poultry.
