Poblano Grill Restaurant Review:
Call us spice fiends, but we find Poblano's take on south-of-the-border cuisine even milder than Tex-Mex. Heat issues aside, we like the chicken chile relleno, a large poblano pepper enhanced with shreds of chicken. We're also partial to the fajita chicken enchiladas. Expect to find all of the usual Mexican standards sharing space with a larger-than-usual selection of huevos entrées. Try huevos carne asada, two corn tortillas capped with refried beans, fajita beef, onions, fried eggs, shredded cheese, cilantro and pico de gallo. The Mexican dinners are thoughtfully presented over beds of chopped lettuce and other festive garnishes. The margarita options are so enticing, you’ll want to keep coming back until you’ve tried all nine flavors, including our favorite: watermelon.
