Pompei Bakery Restaurant Review

: For what seems like forever, this has been a popular place for carryout pizza and a few other Italian delights, though there are tables if you care to eat in. Big, thick squares of bready pizza --- open-face, stuffed or regular --- with toppings that range from anchovy to zucchini and back again are tasty. But so are the sandwiches --- we like the pepper-and-egg and the potato-and-egg. And do consider the daily specials, which range from a tuna panino to chicken limone. House-made desserts, such as piped-to-order cannoli, up the ante. Other locations.
