¿Por Que No? Restaurant Review: Tacos are the focus of this hip taqueria in the thick of the booming North Mississippi district. They’re made with an array of local, sustainably-procured and seasonal ingredients, including Draper Valley chicken and Carlton Farms pork. Order several to taste the best the kitchen has to offer; to fill up, those with large appetites will need several of the smallish tacos to feel satisfied. The pescado taco fills a handmade tortilla with fried snapper encrusted with spicy cornmeal, crema, cabbage, salsa verde, onion, cilantro and tropical fruit. The menu also includes taco alternatives such as ceviche, tamales and quesadillas, plus a beans and rice bowl. Complement your meal with beer, sangría, or a pomegranate margarita or two.
