Porcupine Pub & Grille Restaurant Review

: When you’re hankering for nachos after an active day in the mountains, look no further than the Porcupine Pub at the mouth of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The half-order is huge---and a precursor of what's to come, namely robust portions of pub fare, usually washed down by microbrews served by friendly servers in an open, airy dining hall of hardwood floors and tables. The joint is best known for its fish ‘n’ chips, hot wings and creamy chicken noodle soup, but don't overlook nightly specials like the lemon-herb chicken with zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes. The prices at Porcupine are right for an unpretentious meal. On breezy days, a patio table is worth the wait, especially during weekend summer brunch.
