Wellington's Pravda is adorned with chandeliers hung from vaulted ceilings. Guests can start off the morning with the signature Pravda breakfast of eggs with bacon, field mushrooms, tomato, venison sausage, black pudding and potato rösti. The lunch and dinner menus might offer dishes such as Hawkes Bay rack of lamb on pea and truffle gnocchi with minted hollandaise. The wine list features selections from the Marlborough and Central Otago regions, while espresso is sourced from New Zealand-based company The Immigrant’s Son.
