Diners choose from signature fillings such as chicken breast, rib-eye steak, burger, marinated eggplant or eggplant with goat cheese, or marinated and grilled mushroom and zucchini, then personalize it with a variety of accoutrements such as shredded carrots, pesto or chipotle mayo. Although the wraps are the main attraction, the fries and soups verge on addictive (try the blended soup of sweet potato, carrot and ginger).
