Produce Row Cafe Restaurant Review: This hidden spot in industrial Southeast Portland boasts an appealing patio; it’s partially covered and heated which dramatically extends its usage. While this has long been known as a place for a burger and a beer (more than two dozen brews are on tap), an expanded menu has brought a diverse array of food choices, ranging from roasted beet salad to Marsala-grilled chicken and fried chicken served with a waffle. Burgers are still good on warm summer evenings, as are the pastrami sandwich and the flank steak sandwich topped with horseradish aïoli. The full bar boasts a fun cocktail list, and several beer and whiskey pairings. You can also order the “Round Trip,” eight beer samples for $18. This is a great place to meet a group for drinks or the regular movie nights or thematic DJ events. The living is easy, and so is the parking. |
