THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Pronto Pasta Restaurant Review:

Pasta Pronto is a casual Italian restaurant where house-made pasta and authentic pasta dishes are king. It would be easy to miss this cute café, wedged in an industrial section on Andersen Drive off Highway 101. The antipasto della casa features a tasty mélange that includes marinated mushrooms, pancetta, eggplant wrapped around cheese, tomatoes, Gorgonzola, arugula and olives. The insalata di mare, or seafood salad, is even better, chock full of calamari, prawns, fish, scallops and mussels. Its spaghetti carbonara, authentically prepared, features crisp pancetta, good Parmesan, egg and black pepper. The heat of the pasta cooks the beaten raw egg. Service is friendly, but occasionally spacey.
