Quattro Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review

: Quattro’s high-ceilinged, metal-framed, glass-walled architecture evokes a modernist beach house. Dinner guests choose between three-course ($45) and four-course ($60) menus. House-smoked sturgeon delivers a touch of citrus immediately followed by a pleasant note of smoke, while the "tonno tonnato" provides a creative take on an Italian classic, with ultra-creamy quinoa replacing the tuna sauce and tuna replacing the veal. Pastas are house-made and al dente. Burrata and San Marzano tomatoes contribute to an innovative interpretation of the caprese in pasta form, and the porcini tajarin bursts with the flavors of oil, salt and hearty mushroom, atop as well as ingrained in the hand-cut pasta. Main courses favor sous-vide meat, both beef and duck, and interesting seafood preparations. For dessert, try the Candy Bar Trio. The wine list is extensive with both American and international offerings. Service is professional.

If you are bringing a pet, read before coming here.

I have been to this restaurant many times with my dog, a small beagle. When making the reservation, I always ask if I could bring my beagle and have always been told yes. I have been here over 20 times and today, when I called to make a reservation, the manager told me that their policy allows only service animals in the outdoor/patio dining area. I asked why this was the case as I have been here many times before, brought my pet and have seen countless others dogs with their owners dining outside. She said, "This is our restaurant and we can make the rules as we see fit."
