THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Quintessence Restaurant Review

: The current incarnation of this restaurant began in 2009, after a five-year closure. It’s atmospheric to the nth degree: soft lighting, shiny chrome and smooth vinyl hearken back to its diner roots, but with such modern touches as free WiFi. The menu is varied with four theme nights weekly (seafood, Italian, German, Mexican), a signature chicken teriyaki is available every day, and there are numerous vegetarian offerings. Most breakfast dishes are less than $10. Weekend brunches include live entertainment. Desserts run the usual diner gamut. The full bar includes quirky cocktail creations.
