 Step inside and instantly know this chic bistro, with its black and silver setting and spiffy waitstaff, is the place to be. Chef-owner Regina Mehallick knows how to prepare dishes with the freshest of ingredients. Thus, the menu changes weekly and things are always interesting. Consider yourself fortunate if chilled beet soup is a starter and five-spice Indiana-grown pork tenderloin is available. Buttermilk-marinated fried quail---served atop creamy grits---is another pleaser. Desserts are always a highlight, especially the crisps.
