Structured as a salad bar and grill with a walk-through ordering line, Rabbit outdoes the competition in both speedy service and quality food. You can select from such sandwiches as the marinated flank steak with roasted tomatoes or seared tuna with roasted red peppers, and salads like a seared tuna niçoise or beet salad with goat cheese.
