THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Rainwater's on Kettner Restaurant Review: Rainwater’s displays the belief that more is better every time it serves an immense Kansas City strip steak beneath a cargo of sautéed onions, mushrooms and bacon. Given the times, seafood now has equal billing on the menu, but we’ll never give up our allegiance to the black bean soup and corn sticks. The power types who congregate here enjoy the wines by the glass and thoughtful service as they conduct business over thick-cut prime rib or T-bones with creamed corn and mountains of fried onion wisps. |
