 This restaurant’s wrought-iron balustrades and open courtyard help transport diners to Louisiana for traditional New Orleans fare and live jazz. Located along Downtown Disney’s main thoroughfare, Ralph Brennan’s has three distinct dining areas: the quick-service Creole café, the table-service flambeaux room and the fine dining club upstairs. Each venue offers traditional New Orleans cuisine and live jazz. In the upstairs club, starters include the Bourdon sampler, which turns out to be some good Creole calamari and crawfish spring rolls. Traditional dishes such as gumbos abound as well as jambalayas. Steaks, fresh fish and chicken are also prepared with a touch of New Orleans spices and herbs.
